1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and sviv7 (hereinafter "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sviv7 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively referred to as "Services").

3.2 Account Creation and Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings contained therein.

All accounts are subject to verification procedures (KYC). You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

sviv7 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit amount varies by payment method.

Deposits are processed in real-time or near-real-time depending on the payment method and banking hours. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by law.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and completion of all verification requirements.

Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to complete KYC verification, provide proof of deposit method ownership, and satisfy any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Players are required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sviv7 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Live betting odds are updated in real-time based on match events. Due to potential transmission delays, we reserve the right to void bets placed after the relevant outcome has been determined.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sviv7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, or as required by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. We reserve the right to deduct any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to us before processing final withdrawals.

16. Acknowledgment

By using the sviv7 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily at your own risk.
